“Working with Loyd Russel Homes was the best decision we could have made”

On April 1, 2019, we moved into our first newly constructed home. Working with Loyd Russel Homes was the best decision we could have made. While looking into different homebuilders, I heard numerous horror stories about friends that built new homes and had terrible experiences with their home builders. I also spoke with several people who recommended their home builders but had several reservations, including but not limited to communication problems, and/or major setbacks along the way. However, everyone I spoke with who had used Loyd Russel, had an overwhelmingly positive experience. Ultimately, we chose them and couldn’t be any happier. Our home is EXACTLY what we had hoped for, and even after moving in, Steve and Russel are always immediately available. The entire process was overwhelming for me personally, but Steve was literally at our home every single day, paying close attention to every detail, supervising each subcontractor, and job, making sure everything was done appropriately, and communicating with us throughout the way. I cannot accurately express the amount of gratitude I have for both Steve and Russel and for the amount of time, effort, and pride they put into making our home so great. Would highly recommend Loyd Russel Homes to anyone looking to construct their new home. If we were to ever build another home again (which we won’t because we love this one so much), we would not even consider another company other than Loyd Russel Homes.
