“That is what makes Loyd Russel so special, they treat you like family…”

After letting the dust settle post moving into our custom home, we wanted to take the opportunity to express our gratitude to our team at Loyd Russel Homes. Initially, we found committing to a builder for our home confusing until someone advised us to choose a team that just felt right after the initial meeting.  Once we met with Russel Garrison and Steve Rudin, we knew they were the correct choice and they did not disappoint.  Russel was very prompt when it came in getting bids, sending updated specifications and willing to meet anywhere that was needed.  Steve’s construction knowledge and ability to lead his construction team was impeccable.   He was on the site daily and was able to directly attend to anything necessary. We enjoyed our weekly (and sometimes daily) updates and Steve was always available to answer questions or address issues. We spent so much time with our team they almost began to feel like family! That is what makes Loyd Russel so special, they treat you like family. Many of our friends who have built are amazed at how much we rave about our experience, but it really was a pleasure. We are also so thankful that Russel and Steve were able to keep to the timeline they proposed, promising us we would move in a year and getting us into our home 361 days after we broke ground. And, all while working with us to stay inside our budget. We cannot recommend Loyd Russel homes more highly, and we are proud that our “forever” home will always be linked to Russel and Steve. We hope that our relationship doesn’t end with the key transfer, and we look forward to being a supporter of Loyd Russel homes moving forward.
